ZEN in McKenzie Towne offered a choice of two-level loft townhomes with private fenced yards and bungalow garden homes with private patios. These spacious two- and three-bedroom homes ranged from 1049–1311 square feet, and came with stylish interior finishes and fixtures. All homes were EnerGuide™ certified and Holmes Approved Homes endorsed.

This ZEN development is located in the stunning west side estate community of Aspen Hills. It’s only minutes from Downtown, nearby schools, shops, recreation, and entertainment, and close to the west side LRT. All ZEN Aspen units were around 1200 square feet, plus had an optional lower level development, which provided lots of room for family and fun. The cool standard finishes were available in a choice of four designer colour palettes. ZEN Aspen townhomes were all registered under the LEED Canada for Homes program.

ZEN in Airdrie, a community of 201 townhomes, was the first Avalon Master Builder ZEN branded project, and established Avalon as the first certified Built Green™ multi-family homebuilder.
Energy efficient, Built Green™ certified, and stylish yet affordable, ZEN in Airdrie broke ground in October of 2005 and sold out in a record 2 years. These efficiently designed 2-storey, 2-bedroom homes, each about 1,100 square feet with an optional lower level development, included a pantry, large country kitchen, and private fenced yard, which provided lots of room for kids, hobbies, and family dinners. Standard finishes included a choice of four designer colour palettes.
