- Avalon Master Builder, a family owned business,
was founded in 1983 by Steve and Joyce Scott, initially
building in central Alberta and expanding to the Calgary
region in 1992.
- Avalon builds in central Alberta under the name
Avalon Central Alberta and Avalon Master Builder in
the Calgary region. Although they are separate entities,
ownership is common and they are guided by the same
principles.
- Avalon Master Builder is managed by Ryan Scott,
President and C.E.O., who joined the business in 1995.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of the
company including construction management, sales and
corporate management.
- Our core business is development and construction
of condominiums, townhomes and single family homes.
- Every home built by Avalon Master Builder is a Built
Green™ home. Built Green™ is the foundation
of Avalon’s GREEN© building program. Our
goal is to build Net Zero homes at no additional cost
to the consumer by 2015.
- According to the Alberta New Home Warranty Program
Avalon Master Builder has achieved 21 years without
a single unsatisfied customer complaint. Furthermore,
Avalon Master Builder has been acknowledged with the
Customer Choice award in the Calgary and Central Alberta
Regions nine times since 2001 and has consistently,
year after year, delivered quality, service and a
high level of customer satisfaction well above industry
standard as measured by the Alberta New Home Warranty
Program annual survey.
- Avalon has a Master Builder designation, is a member
of the Calgary Region Home Building Association, a
certified Built Green™ builder, and a member
of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.
